Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This page explains, in plain language, what information Toolbelt Printables collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Newsletter signups: your email address (and first name, if you give it) when you sign up for The Toolbelt Monthly.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message when you write to us.
• Server logs: our website host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (like IP address and pages visited) for security.

Please don't send us sensitive information, including your customers' personal information, through the contact form.

How we use it

• To send you the newsletter and any printable you asked for.
• To reply to your messages.
• To understand which pages are useful, so we can make better printables.
• To keep the site secure.

Our email service

We use MailerLite to store subscriber emails on our behalf and send the newsletter. MailerLite records basic information like your signup date and whether emails are opened or links are clicked. You can read MailerLite's privacy policy.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your email address through our Contact page.

Sponsors never get subscriber emails. We never sell or share your email address with anyone.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

• You can turn off personalized ads in Google's Ad Settings.
• You can learn more about opting out of personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.
• See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Our own cookies

We set a small cookie to remember that you closed the cookie notice. If we later ask visitors to sign up before downloading, we'll also set a small cookie so returning subscribers don't need to enter their email again. Both last about a year.

Affiliate links

Some links on our site go to partner websites. Those sites may use cookies to record that you came from us. We don't share your personal information with them. Read our Affiliate Disclosure for more.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link at the bottom of each email.
• You can ask us to delete your information through our Contact page.

Children

This site is made for adults running a business. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
